Hi, I’m Randa
After 15 years in Southern California, I found my way back home, to the Bay Area, Silicon Valley to be exact.
Over the course of my career, I haven’t followed a straight path, moving across brand, strategic communications, PR, partner ecosystems, and experiential marketing, learning how narrative shapes influence at every level. (I was even a wedding planner for years!) From building programs from the ground up to shaping global campaigns, each chapter has required reinvention, resilience, and a deep belief that clarity matters more than noise.
Along the way, writing became my anchor. I’ve always been a journaler, someone who processes growth, risk, leadership, and calling through reflection. For years, those thoughts stayed in private pages (and some still will). But growth was never meant to be hidden.
So this space is an extension of that practice, a place where I share what I’m learning about building brands, leading with conviction, mentoring the next generation, and stepping into new seasons with courage.
Because I’ve learned that favor follows faith, work and obedience, and obedience sometimes looks like speaking what was once written in private.
On any given evening, you can find me watching Frasier, the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice, performing karaoke (specifically belting out Tevin Campbell’s "Can We Talk”) into a kitchen spoon, or FaceTiming my family. Welcome Friends.
